I am an enthusiastic Art teacher as well as a practicing artist. I believe in teaching good drawing skills as a strong foundation and then developing techniques using a wide range of media (e.g. pencil, chalk, watercolour, oil painting, gouach, etc). I am a reliable, dedicated person who enjoys helping, inspiring and motivating others.
Having graduated from Chelsea and Saint Martins School of Art in London, I am happy working with all levels from primary to secondary school children, as well as any other beginner or intermmediate learner wishing to improve their artistic skillls. I also hold workshops for small and large groups on an ad-hoc basis.

Ilona was our Art tutor for our 3 sons aged 13, 12 and 8. I was lucky enough to get her contacts online. Ilona is both a very talented tutor and a pedagogue but also a very pleasant person. She was extremely good with the boys, keeping them engaged and interested in the lesson. they used to wait for her lessons all week and really enjoy their time with Ilona. She taught them to work with water colour, pastel, pencils and other materials. Boys worked on different subjects and techniques too. We still keep all their drawing with us. Most of them were used for the boys schooling purposes too. She is extremely talented as a tutor and children find it easy to be attentive and engaged. Ilona lead a group drawing class for us as part of a team building activity I wanted to achieve at work!
